Are you ready to take on her challenges?

What challenges do you want to take on? Choose from the list!

  • Grow something, for example, sprouts, spices, lettuce.
  • Check the country-of-origin next time you shop and think about how you can make more locally produced choices. 
  • Forage for edibles such as mushrooms, nettles, berries, apples (chance for a lot of free food here!). 
  • Ask at the restaurant for locally produced alternatives. 
  • Use only Swedish ingredients for a period of two days.
