What will we eat in the future?

Did you get this right? But it is perhaps even more difficult to predict what the food of the future will look like. What do you think we will eat in 2030? Meat grown in the laboratory, fish from tanks in the garage, burgers made from insect meal, bean stew cooked with vegetables from a communal cultivation plot or something completely different. Will all these options be available or do some things feel unacceptable? Will we move towards even more industrialized food or gravitate towards more locally grown and organic produce? What is needed if a burgeoning world population is to be able to eat its fill? Discuss among yourselves.
